I am in the finance transformation space and they are building out finance research arm.. after 15 years in big 4 consulting I am just burned out and working on the corporate side doesn’t seem appealing.. need something with better wlb but intellectually stimulating.. just curious if anyone has any experience w the group in terms of culture and exit opps. I went for 3 interviews with a company met with vp and was given package thinking I aced interview there was another candidate 😞 the other person for the job. The VP calls me to tell me I didn’t get position however he wants me to re apply in new year that something else will be open, and that he wanted to keep a copy of my resume what does this mean ?
