I was interviewing with them for a Director position earlier this year and when I asked this here I got very negative reviews about WLB! I declined the offer because of comp (it would have been a pay cut for me) so can't speak about working there.
It is very small and partners were telling me how people "choose" to go to the office more than 3x a week and "choose" to stay late because the environment is just that nice....
What was the comp that they offered if you don’t mind sharing?
Great company. I'm not sure about pay vs Big4, but I know people that work there and stay for years. Good WLB.
I’m a senior consultant, joined a few months ago. So far so good :) lots of fun & different work events, was on the bench at first so would try to go in office once a week to meet coworkers & they’d have free lunches. Idk I think it’s good vibes so far on my end
I have a friend who has been there for the last 5 years. He's happy and said he has more freedom there than in his former role at EY.
