I went from Concerta to Vyvanse, but it was for the opposite issue: Concerta was keeping me up longer than I wanted, making getting to sleep more difficult.
Now that I know Vitamin C works like an off-switch for stimulant ADHD meds, I will use that to counteract a dose that is taking too long to relax from.
If it ever happens to me I now have a cheat code with that vitamin C tip. Thanks for that!
I had a similar situation. I didn’t like the Vyvanse. It wasn’t as effective and still wore off quickly. I switched to non XR, where I can control the dosage release as I need.
What does pro mean here?
Refers to progressive release dosing, basically a time-release effect rather than all at once.
