SVP vs VP in banking.

I'm currently looking at two HRBP roles at two different titles/salary bands. This would at a large banking company located in NYC. Can anyone with banking industry experience share their perspectives and insights on the differentiation between the roles? I take it that VP is more of a junior role and a more commonly-used title. I have a friend that's a VP at JPM and has about the same YOE as me (shes not in HR). I have about 15 YOE but about 10 yrs HR YOE and 3 HRBP YOE.

I’ve accepted an offer from a firm. Had to revise my joining date and the HR sent an email confirmation for the revised doj. I received an onboarding portal link from another HR, on their portal it’s mentioned my joining is in January which is even earlier than the joining date I received before on my OL which I got revised later on. I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.
