I have been shortlisted for AC role and my HR discussion is scheduled next week.
1. Need some insights on the maximum and minimum ctc (fixed and variable) that can be offered for 3 yoe (all relevant) . My current ctc is 7.2 (6.5 fixed) . Tech stack - Big data and AWS developer.
2. Is there any joining bonus. If yes , what should be the ask.

🙋♂️ 3 jobs in 2 years here. I’m still gonna hop again this year too.
I changed 3 jobs in a year:) try to stay a bit longer on the current one
One time less that 2 - reasonable. BAH1 trend. No- would hire for a contract position but wouldn’t think of them as someone to go above and beyond to invest in.

How many jobs and years OP?
If you’re not leaving every 2 years then you’re leaving money on the table. It’s generally dumb to stay past that - especially given how hot the job market has been.
As someone who begrudgingly spends a lot or time working on recruiting these days, I would not hire you if your resume has 3 firms in 2 years unless you have a fantastic story. Lots of decent people out there and junior resources are highly replaceable (except the outliers).
One of my goals is to learn about substance use disorder through its entire lifecycle, and I would like to get at least some experience in the many support roles surrounding SUD/AUD. I tend to stay long enough to make some positive changes then move on. But I ALWAYS leave something behind that made the organization better. This is how I’ve been operating the last three years when I changed career paths from experiential marketing/nightlife to the nonprofit world with a focus on mental health and substance use. How will this behavior be taken by hiring managers? It has given me a much wider perspective on the myriad of systems at play, but it may look like I don’t care.
