Hi all,
I’m looking to relocate to Seattle. Does anyone know if any of the Big 4 are still recruiting campus hires to start in Summer/Fall 2023? I’m open to either Audit or Tax, but I have internship experience in Tax.
I applied and received an offer at a Big 4 in San Francisco (campus hire), but I’ve decided Seattle is the better fit for me as it will be closer to my hometown and family in Vancouver.
Thanks!

Congrats! Read, travel, relax. Career is a long game and plenty of time to worry about whats next 😊 Enjoy the time you have.
Youtube vids and playing around on Excel to just a working knowledge will give you a solid foundation. Dont sweat it, you’ll pick up a lot more when you start
Eat, pray, love.
Plenty of Excel tutorials on YouTube and on udemy, Coursera et al. Pick up on your Excel, ppt skills.
But more importantly, pursue hobbies and choose one most dear to you, coz all else will go to hell soon enough.
“Excel for business” from coursera teaches it all. Recommend doing the basic modules too. It seems stupid until you get past the basics but do those too to fill small gaps given excel is usually self taught
Enjoy, relax. Read the books you want to read. Have fun, see your friends/family. Get your life in order. Set up good processes and support systems for your personal life. Build healthy habits. If you don’t already, get into exercising regularly and eating healthy, yoga/mindfulness, etc and make it a habit. Consulting is very fulfilling but you need to have a very efficient life as work takes most of your available time and energy. It’s not easy building new healthy habits, and easy to acquire unhealthy ones when under stress and time pressure.
