Anyone have insight how long it will take after a panel interview to get word on whether the position is going to be offered or not? Recommendations on follow ups with HR to find out status?

What's the interview format for Microsoft Federal solution sales roles? Are they behavioral or do they get technical as well? What is the assessment criteria like? Is it similar to AWS LPs? So I’m engaged in an interview process for a top FinTech company. It started the 1st week of August and just now I’ve gotten word from my recruiter that they didn’t update on any decisions made. I had my 3rd & final interview last Friday. My recruiter doesn’t communicate well nor does she let me communicate with the company direct. May I being led on? What do you guys think about apps like BetterHelp and Talkspace? I understand they might have real therapists working on their content, but a lot of the marketing I see is so vague and broad that it feels like a lie. Seems like "This app got rid of my anxiety with a 30-minute automated text questionnaire" is the new "This tea made me lose 20 pounds in two weeks!" Just seems a little fad-like and money grabby to me. Thoughts?

Can someone explain to me what law clerks are in private practice? I'm based internationally but deal with our NY office a lot, and I can not figure out what the title actually means/where it sits.

How did you give notice you were lateraling to people you like? Particularly if you haven't been there that long?

I'm lateraling to another firm because frankly I think the management of this one is terrible, but the people (and individual partners) I actually work with are awesome. I've only been here for about 18 months, so I imagine that short time frame will make it extra awkward 😬

To the lender counsel that forgot to mention they needed original signature pages for a deal that closed early this year and decided to chase and harass me a day before thanksgiving and a day after thanksgiving multiple times. F*ck you. I don’t know what is driving your lack of courtesy but I have represented the same bank before and know their usual original signature requirement.

I am from L3 support background good at troubleshooting Env issues & managing things assigned to me. Hv been working as Devops for sometime now but majority of IaC (chef, shell scripting) task is done by a colleague and I take care of calls & Env issues
