Thinking about a move to Dublin this year, having worked overseas for 9+ years. Haven’t a clue what I should be looking at in terms of salary or reputable agencies - can anyone help? I recently quit my job. My VP was a narcissist and never really looked out for my upward progression even though he said he was my sponsor. Whenever I would do a solid job, he would always down play it or give the mid-level mgr credit even though other people / management acknowledged it. But we still got along.
