Ladies, how do you manage your hair? I have natural hair and I am this close 👌🏾 to getting a relaxer because I don’t have the time to manage it natural and IMO mine just doesn’t look good if not styled. My spouse has made it clear to me that they no longer support me working in biglaw and want me to find a job with more reasonable hours. Okay, I’m just going to say I’m deeply ashamed that I work for adam&eve DDB London. IMO it’s become a nasty, toxic environment run by robots.
