How hard is it to go in house from a real estate practice?

Thoughts on the "fake it til you make it" mentality in career growth? Regarding a Front End Developer role.

I passed the HR screen, did an interview with who would be my) supervisor and the team lead, and am now doing a coding test.

I am familiar enough with the language (React) and pushing updates to Git in order to complete the test, but I'm afraid when I do a panel with the team to review my design, I'll end up making a fool of myself.

I've never been so excited yet so nervous for a role.

Has anyone ever posted a general marketing position? We have an open position on our marketing team but we are unsure what type of position to offer. For example we need someone with great copywriting skills and also need someone who is great at digital marketing.
