I do. It’s hard if your hair is straight. Personally, I wear my hair in braids, wigs, or natural most of the time so I don’t have to worry about that. Maybe try regular yoga, should be easier for maintaining straight hair
Where I’m at they love hot yoga, all the classes are hot 🤦🏽♀️

I haven’t done it in a while but I love it. Wear headbands that wick the hair away from your scalp and keep them on until you fully stop sweating and you should be fine. I use these during spin class Sweatband for Men and Women -...

I love it but just take a break when I want my hair straight for a period of time.
I love hot yoga. I wouldn’t do it on a day where I’m trying to maintain a style but it’s a great way to destress and recover from more intense workouts.
I do it almost every day. Wear my hair in braids a lot but thinking of getting micro locs. My skin has never looked better though! I love how flexible it makes me and it’s great for mental health
