Anyone else hate the constant working remote? Project is all virtual and I’ve never seen one of my teammates faces. When I go to the office, it’s also completely empty. Any tips to combat this as its kinda draining me.

Anyone else feel like that if they aren’t doing the work themselves then it’s never done correctly? Doesn’t matter what it is - admin to client work - always materially incorrect. Also, doesn’t matter what training I give them - a quick overview or an in-depth working session. And then the Partners ask why I’m exhausted all the time.

I work in commercial real estate retail leasing. Current employer just increased base to $100k with avg. 20-35% bonus/commissions combined. Received offer to exclusively work for a tenant and help them open new locations. $115k base 10% bonus & also stock options. Remote work, lots of driving, similar job title.
