Anyone else here nervous about the SC decision on birthright?

I'm new to marketing and I am not formally educated in it. I have just been learning through experience with the business. I'm supposed to put together a Market report for our sales team to refer to but I have been stuck on what I even include. I have an expensive subscription to a reporting database and I am supposed to translate these technical reports into 20-30 slides. I can't figure out if I am overthinking something simple or lacking some knowledge that people formally learn in school.

I used to hate growing up poor. Now I'm still poor but I've learned a lot of really practical things. I make most of my wooden furniture, know basic electrical and plumbing work, can cook and bake delicious food, can do most of the basics in car repairs, garden, and make a lot of my own clothes. Help - how do I fight claims by scammer healthcare providers?

I recently went to 2 different providers.

Dentist, made appt via Zocdoc to see a dentist that was in network. Another dentist at the location saw me instead who was out of network. I have text evidence they said it would be covered before visit. Claim was denied - asking for ~500 dollars.

Saw a specialist who’s office staff verified my insurance would fully cover the claim. Get the claim, says they are out of network. Owe 600.

Moving to Philly next year, making ~90k before tax. Would like to hear some opinions on how much I should spend on rent. (For context I do not have student loans and would also like to lease a car)
