Anyone else not interested in a promotion at all? I feel like I’m looked down on now because a role become available and I was asked if I would be interested and I said no. The person in leadership was in shock. But honestly as a manager the salary isn’t that much better. Probably 15%. But the money is in bonus. Only way you bonus is your team to bonus. I don’t want them dictating my pay. As a rep I feel like it’s all up to me. With bonus now I make more than the salary of the DM.
