I am trying to get into PWC. here are a few things I have heard so far. Is this fairly accurate?

1. PwC AC is offshore counterpart of PwC US. Good salary. No travel opportunities. Average yearly hike ~10% Mostly technical work.
2 PwC India is a pure consulting firm. Salary better than PwC AC. client facing work. Can grow as a management consultant. Great Travel opportunities.

I've picked that up this week. My gardener started to MIA so I decided to give it a go and give him a permanent break. I have started looking up how to trim bushes and have realized that the gardener was doing just cosmetic stuff and most of the bushes are all dried up inside and a ton of mulch has been layered year after year. Got denied promotion. They claim because I need more technical experience and that I have everything else but I need stronger technical acumen and because I don’t have prior implementation experience.

Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn. I made decision based on my gut and accepted the offer. I have not talked to anyone on accenture side yet. What you think?
