Depends on what you are doing on this YouTube Channel. If it’s something unprofessional, then it will be out there forever and someone will always find it (even if not immediately) which will damage your brand. If it’s something that’s not unprofessional but just not career related, I’d say that’s fine. The litmus test should be would you be okay with the boss at your next job (that you care about) seeing it? My guess is no since you are worried about it coming up on a background check…
Unless you’re collecting money a YouTube channel isn’t going to come up on a background check
Why would you get fired? It's not like you signed a contract when you got hired saying you can't have do other things or have other sources of income.
Don't firms only do background checks only when they initially hire people? Stop worrying as long as you can do your job for the firm you'll be fine.
TA1, KPMG (and maybe other B4) have a restriction that you can’t have a second source of income (except for stuff like rental properties, which even that has restrictions on how many properties you can have). So if the YouTube channel gets ad money, it could be a violation of firm policy.
KPMG does at least. Basically you can only earn passive investment income (aka no side hustles) unless you jump through a bunch of hoops to get an exception. They do make an exception for rental properties, but limit you to 2 pieces of property. They may be able to make an exception for a spouse, but I’m not sure.
Is a cooking channel fine ? Just wondering

Yeah, definitely
Some people are teachers at universities so I’m sure you’ll be fine
