Is a MBA worth it? 17 years into my career.

Many teachers in my district are being told things like If you dont turn in lesson plans, if your lesson plans aren right, if you do your data chart incorrectly ..... you will be terminated. There is a partner in our office that routinely discusses associate performance with other associates. For example, she will tell Associate A that Associate B isn’t performing and/or hitting hours, etc. Recently, I learned that she has been discussing “issues” she had with my work product two years ago (I no longer do any work for her). Has anyone interviewed for IRS SBSE (small business self employment) in Southern California-Specifically San Bernardino and Orange County? I interviewed with them in end of October 2020 and has not heard back. I followed up with my interviewer. Interviewer said he has no idea on the timeline; if selected, HR personal will contact me.
