Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII. When would be the right time for me to get an MBA given my background?

I was a teacher for 4 years and transitioned into the corporate world. I have 6 months experience in marketing and that’s what I currently do, but plan for a lateral move in the future. I’ve seen suggestions of 3-7 years experience - does my teaching experience factor in? Or should I consider the 3-7 years only of my corporate time? Or is an MBA sooner a good move because of my big career transition (and future lateral)?

Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc). I find this aspect of PA stressful and exhausting but not sure if this is something you just get used to. Currently a manager and seems like the metrics just change over time / don’t get easier.
