I had the red carpet virtual interview with AlixPartners last week on Friday but haven't heard anything yet. How long does it normally take to hear back from recruiting team? Also, I haven't had a psychologist interview set yet even though I completed my psychology assessments. Is it a red flag that I wasn't invited for an interview with a psychologist? Acn will provide much better exit ops than a staff augmentation shop.
I was also in your shoes. Interviewed with Capco while I was at ACN. I wasn't impressed with any of the project leadership teams I talked to. Their mid lime and experienced hires were all great convos but director level and higher did not even remotely understand the buisness practices and resources under them. They are just trying to plug you into a role at a client they have that they need experienced hires for. It's literally a staff augmentation/sweat shop.
Don't go through with it. I found a much better exit op a few months later.

Stay at Accenture bro. Better clients and overall resources. Interview won’t be that hard.
I’m on my 4th round... care to provide an insight into what to expect?
Just jumped ship from Capco a few months back. It was such a great decision. Some of the folks there are nice, but you’ve got others who are incredibly Machiavellian/borderline American Psycho (behind closed doors of course).
On top of that, the salaries aren’t competitive, projects are primarily staff augmentation, and promotions are a complete joke — they’re less about meritocracy and more about who you know and the influence they have. The upside though is that the hours on MOST projects are decent.
