Also should note that HR had asked about salary and said they were eager about next steps, basically an offer was on its way.
It’s looking good!!

Don’t look at it as a negative. It’s normal to have a few chats before a decision like this is made. Are you teaming up with the ACD? Then maybe they just want to be 100% certain you’ll get along or have a similar creative sensibility.
Are they talking to any other candidates? Did they say how soon they will me making a decision? Ask these questions if you haven’t already.
You can also ask the ACD directly about their willingness to hire you. Here are some ways to phrase it.
Is there anything in my experience or background that would prevent you from wanting to hire me?
Am I missing any skills or experience that would prevent you from wanting to work with me?
Is there any hesitation on your end in making a decision?

Are you sure it’s not the OTHER ACD who wants to talk b/c he/ she wasn’t at your interview? Wishing you luck btw.

It’s still a good thing! They obviously liked what they saw the first time and probably just want to speak w/ you again before making a final decision. That means you’re in the running. Multiple interviews are commonplace. Good luck!
It’s probably looking good. Best of luck!
They probably didn’t feel like they had enough time with you to make a decision. Was your first call more of an intro call? Maybe they’d like you to walk them through some work?
Recently in one of my processes, I met with the CCO and a Director separately, and they requested I meet with them again together a week later. It ended up being just a gut check on how I felt / how they could convince me to take the job before I was even offered it.
