I have 2 offers from Myntra (Associate-M1) and Coinswitch (Business finance analyst) at 1.5 YoE.
Myntra :15.5 base +1.5 joining + 7 stocks(4 years) + relocation
Coinswitch :15.5 base + 1.5(joining+retention) + 2 performance bonus paid yearly.
Which would be a better choice ?

I’m currently working in insurance customer service at an agency. I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge. Thermo Fisher for Data Engineer in AWS and Python and Ameriprise as Lead Developer for Informatica Powercenter. Ameriprise is offering 50k more in my monthly salary than Thermo Fisher.
