Which companies are allowing/ promoting permanent WFH for upcoming years? Or which companies are letting employees choose their preference?

Has anyone seen great examples of a hybrid work model and could they share their policies? our team would like people in offices to some degree but is also open to remote workers. I love the flexibility but in practice it can get messy without clear parameters.

I’ve been working at my current company for 11 years, for the past year I have been waiting for a promised promotion. I have been fully remote for 7 years pretty much good work life. Busy. In April they said I have the job still waiting. I am a project accountant III to a finance business manager.Could be long nights &stress. Still unknown pay maybe 20k increase.. Last week I was offered a govt job at NGA (Budget analyst) 40k increase not guaranteed remote. 45 min drive +retirement

Ideas please:

I’m inheriting a “team” of siloed strong individual developers who are on different work streams and are very jaded and struggling with motivation. Most are contractors. They have legit gripes about the client, but I won’t be able to solve those without getting cross-discussions going with knowledge-sharing across our “team“. I was just informed after the third round of interviews they’d like at least 5 references, two must be supervisors. I have an offer of 9.5 lpa with company A
Currently interview with company B and settled the deal at 13 lpa
The company B hasnt released the offer yet, is there chance that they might revise the 13 lpa offer and reduce it, as they were really stressing out on my cctc or in the worst case scenarios will I be rejected ???

PS - Company B have taken all my documents for document verification.

I worked in QA automation for 2 years in previous company and then 2.5 years in python automation scripting sort of work in current company..yoe is 5.1 and I'm getting all automation testing interviews only. first round is mostly coding which I'm confident about and easily clear it, but never got through second round which is deep into testing techniques.. idk what to do, 40 days np left and the offer in hand isn't satisfactory at all.
