I’ve obviously been thrown into the fire learning the sales side of things, but what areas (technical skills, certs, books, etc.) you all would recommend I look to invest in? I’ve been looking at some beginner coding boot camps and scrum product owner certs, but interested in what you all have done to further advance your career

I’m a junior and I have the opportunity to join the employment and benefits group as a specialist. The alternative is VC/M&A.

I’m under the impression that joining the EB group will still give me decent exit ops, has more manageable workflow (less unexpected dumpster fires like in deal-work), and a somewhat better WLB because of my previous point.

Any disagreement/any other things I should consider before deciding?

Just made a career pivot and accepted a job with Progressive in sales. I’ve heard more good things than bad about the company. I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind. Now that aside, their LinkedIn posts everyone at VP SVP levels are joining.. seems like they are growing very fast, as hiring at such high Positions happens only that time.

Need to hire a web producer for our website which is AEM platform. The role is for someone with at least 5 years experience. How critical is it that the person knows AEM vs other CMSs? Would a web producer have an easy time learning AEM if we provide training?

I am a female developer, I started in QA & learned everything on the job to become a junior dev and then to developer. After 6 years at the same company I think it’s time to move on.
I know vue & have developed everything from emails to landing pages to being second on a WP site. My only hesitation is I’m nervous I am not good enough at JS to look for a new job.
