I was looking at PM roles only that were around $110k, one company approached me with Sr PM (title bump) at $110k. I have a great offer from a fortune 50 for product management in tech at a similar salary, way more RSU’s but can’t shake off the thought that I wouldn’t be an engineer anymore.
