Can someone please guide for skills round 1 and 2 in Accenture strategy for consulting

I applied to a job at KPMG and did the first two rounds of interviews, general interview, then case study and competency. Never before have I had such a positive feedback at the end of an interview of the 2nd, both said really like me, I did well etc.
It's now been 3 weeks since the interview and I still haven't heard back from the team other than the odd HR email saying they are following up with them. Is there something going on internally, I.e hiring freeze in the London office atm?

I've had SEVERAL interviews since February, and I keep getting rejected and it's starting to leave me feeling discouraged. Just a question for those here. What does anyone see as a job outlook for a pharmacy technician that has 15 years of experience and is studying for the CPhT? I would like to return to 100% remote work and, understandably, most job postings that are about my caliber are requiring the cert. Over the past five years, I’ve built this niche of ideation/strategy discovery new digital business ideas and turning that idea into a working product. once the product is launched, I help with the commercialization aspect.

during the MVP, I usually lay out the initial specs and write user stories with assistance from a BA.

it’s not a typical product management role- curious if others do this? I usually work in innovation/incubation groups.

How difficult is it to get your visa sponsored for a PM/Strategy & Ops role at a large corp. or a large startup ($10B+)?

I’m a data engineer/engineering manager by trade and massively screwed up by going into MBB consulting, I absolutely despise it and am looking to leave about 8 months in. I have a great offer from a fortune 50 for product management in tech at a similar salary, way more RSU’s but can’t shake off the thought that I wouldn’t be an engineer anymore.
