Had only one call with my TL in first two months. Few weeks later, on workday I noticed that my TL got reassigned. Contacted him and have setup regular catch-ups. I’ve been activity looking for new paralegal roles but my last position was working in the public sector. Some have told me that it’s a pro, others have said that it’s a con. I’m largely applying for positions in the private sector now, and I’ve found that I don’t have many of the entry level skills like e-filing that employers expect. Is there any alternative to taking on a role that is completely entry-level to gain those?

CARES act Q - Funds withdrawn in 2020 from 401k but repayment done via Roth IRA (after-tax). Is that even feasible? IRS guideline just says repayment can be made to any “eligible retirement account”. Since the repayment will be made using after tax money, Roth IRA would fit the criteria although I’m not sure if Roth IRA is considered an eligible account here for repayment? Also what happens when the repayment amount is greater than the annual Roth contribution limits? How does IRS treat that?

I am interviewing with 3 companies at the moment and another one reached out but I honestly don’t think I’ll have time for it because I work 15 hours a day consistently and all of these companies have so many rounds of interviews on top of take home assignments.
