My profile- automation testing (selenium java), exp-8.5 and current PKG is 15.3 and
I got the offer from nagarro(22.5) but I rejected since I initially asked for 25.
Now my offer is awaiting from TSYS(quoted 25) . TSYS said day before yesterday it's in discussion with management .
It's been more than 10 days. I'm losing patience.
What should I do. Should I contact the H.R again?

Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.

Nice bowl to avoid lowering the average in the US-centric threads. Anybody else finding that with the lack of pay rises this year, it’s become even harder to benchmark? Chased recruiter a few times only to receive a reply that its pending partner approval.
