Hi Fishes, I've accepted offer from Accenture from their portal.. But now got new offer from EY and wants to join at EY. So how can I tell Accenture Accenture India that I'm not going to join them. Rather than not showing up on the date of joining? Can you please guide me? How do I let them know? My talent coach is not reachable

My wife started as an M at Accenture earlier this year coming from industry. I’ve never worked at Accenture or any b4, but I had to explain to her how up or out works. She also didn’t know that she came in with 24 months at level and what that meant. Really surprised none of this was communicated during hiring or by her manager.

You’re going to get ripped off. I know negotiating with car salesmen sucks, but if you want to save a few thousand dollars, it’s worth it
I had a good experience. Could probably find the referral code if it isn’t expired. Was more than a year ago. I’m sure I didn’t get the lowest possible price but I don’t think I got ripped off either. And it was worth it to me because it was so easy.
I am selling my car and got a better offer at Carvana than the local dealers, not to mention the convenience of doing all this from home
Selling is different
I got a certified car from a dealer a month ago that was being priced about $5k higher at Carvana. 2017 Lexus GX460 with 35k miles at the dealer for $33k. Similar priced vehicles at Carvana were in the high $30ks.
Carvana may give you the ease of mind of dealing with a dealership, but I was able to point out most of the flaws and use that to lower the price of the car during negotiations. Plus I got to test drive and see if I even liked the ride.
With Carvana, you have the option to return the car, but if you’re too lazy to go to a dealership to see the car, test drive, make sure it’s what you want, etc., you’re probably not likely to return it because of any effort associated with it.
I just checked with Carvana. Looks like their prices have actually come down and are way more reasonable than I remember!
I would still want the ease of mind of testing the car and feeling it out. I also don’t mind negotiating though.
Thanks for the feedback! For more clarity, I’m looking at buying something less than 20k. Not expecting to get the best deal but I definitely don’t want to overpay thousands. Looks like they’re not far off from the other prices I’m seeing on autotrader
