I am being offered 17lpa fixed + 1.7lpa variable by Mckinsey Bangalore and 14.5lpa fixed + 1.5lpa Joining bonus by Deutsche Telekom WFH.

Both are offering me a SDE 1 position.

I want to know the better company keeping in mind WLB, Perks and Benefits, Culture, also with the thought that in the future I want to pursue an MBA in the future.
I will be relocating to Bangalore so I also want to know the cost of loving in Bangalore.

I'm a first gen 30M and don't feel happy living in the US. It never felt like home but rather a career building place (if it actually is helpful as people say). Nothing is new here anymore but everyday someone or something will piss me off enough to make me homesick. Is working in Asia really that bad as people say? Approximately 60-70hrs a week. No time for vacation, always working over weekends, no holiday break (there’s no back up).
I’m still rated as junior - low level designer ;)
I was told that I’m not experienced enough because I didn’t learn from any directors.
