Would like to know specifically about Queer inclusion at SocGen Societe Generale. What is the attitude of mangers and HRs towards treating LGBTQ identifying candidates? Is company really inclusive or it’s just a lip service? Considering an offer with the company but being an out and proud Queer woman, super anxious and concerned.

When I interned there...which transparently was a while ago, it was a lot of hrs but not really the perks to make that work like expensing Rides home after a certain hour, etc
Slog till u die, make millions, take ur millions n leave when u r abt to die ... to enjoy ur millions.

I have a few friends there...they all seem miserable but well compensated. Downsides are that there is a lot of political fighting and some back stabbing. They all seem super stressed and exhausted. The only thing that seems to keep them there is money.
They do not seem happy.
One upside, i did speak to an mba buddy that said that acn people seem to do well there

I have friends at amazon, the pay is great if you are technical. Just like Netflix in that you will burn out in 3 years but you also will make big bucks.
Have heard through connections that the work life balance is as bad or worse than advertised. It’s a grindhouse.
