Am I being underpaid? Chicago. Started in 2017. Work at a mid-size insurance defense firm as the only associate in my practice group. I pretty much handle my own files except if I need to run something by a partner. Minimum billable 1950 (with expectation you exceed that). Partners consistently give me good reviews, feedback, tell me I'm the best associate, will make partner, etc. Make 110k with around ~10k yearly bonus.

The recruiter came back to me and asked if I could provide her data to support this ask. It’s literally based on my current salary and expected promotion/bonus (I know neither of those are certain). I just don’t know how to

Any insight into Mastercard Advisors? Have a new grad opportunity there. My start date at a B4 strat got postponed so decided to interview around.
