Anyone having luck with CBP agents entering the i94 for spouses of L1 and E visa holders correctly? Have yet to see E2S or L1AS on an i94, giving the spouse automatic authorization to work. So far, no luck at JFK or MIA airports. Have instructed employees to reach out to deferred inspection sites.

Hi, my I485 is pending. Priority is July 2014 EB3. I-485J is for a software developer but I moved to different role (HR) within the same company. How will it affect my GC processing?
