Anyone here did the Privacy certificate, does it actually help? Or any general certifications or additional courses actually help lawyers stand out? I’ve noticed more lawyers taking extra certifications or short courses (privacy, compliance, AI, etc.). I’m curious how much these actually move the needle in hiring decisions. I am thinking taking the privacy certificate, but not sure if it really makes a difference in the general corporate commercial area.

Upon passing, the partner told me they would hire an assistant for me since I now became an associate.
