Anyone here from EY Tysons Corner (Assurance Service Line) want to tell me about the firm culture, is it a great learning environment, client base? I got an offer for Senior 1 but want to be sure I’m making the right decision to go Big 4 or jump down to mid-tier. SN: I started at a smaller National firm but left years ago for industry so I’ll be coming in somewhat starting from square 1 but at a senior 1 level.

Is there really that big of difference in recruiting between USC and UCLA MBA? I checked MBB target schools and only one recruits at USC whereas all 3 recruit from UCLA. I would have thought it would have been about the same. Thoughts from MBB/B4/Tier 2 consulting?

So, I just fired my first employee as a manager and I'm heartbroken. He was a great, great person but after 6 months on a PIP he just wasn't cutting it skills-wise.
