Typical salary band for Consultant level for Risk & Advisory in HCOL? Got an offer for 90k + 10k signing so trying to see if this is high or just standard. 2 YOE, they mentioned promotion to SC in 6-8 months.

Has anybody made the jump from agency to Microsoft? Job is in Digital Production working w/ the Cloud/AI team. $ is on par. Requires leaving a full time role (rather quickly) for a 18mo contract. 🤔

Skills: Golang, Python, NodeJS, ReactJS, CICD, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, AWS, Terraform.

Outside of FAANG, what are good large CA-based tech companies that provide good pay, WLB, and culture? DD has great people and WLB, but pay is low and you’re not given the tools and resources to succeed + truly make an impact. Google and Apple are ideal but need backups. Like is Salesforce still good? Hello! Looking at an opportunity with established startup in UK that's just been acquired by a large co. I'm US based and my salary is around $250k (NYC) -I've been asked my expectation without the startup giving me a range to work from (though I've asked). Hey Guys, Currently I am having 16.12 lac pa in current organization and 5% Bonus So total comes around 16.93lac pa. Nagarro is asking me to rejoin at 20 lac pa (5% Project bonus included).
