Hi All, just wanted to know if there is any formal dress code policy for men in Accenture IDC, Bangalore?

Caught a compensation calculation mistake after signing the offer...The recruiter presented the offer with overestimated RSUs that are not aligned with the company's vesting schedule. Unfortunately, I only caught the mistake after signing the offer.

The actual offer is about $20K less than what the recruiter presented. She's not willing to admit that she made the mistake and says "I" will be the one who looks bad in front of my hiring manager if she asks to change.

What should I do?

Why is Nagarro on hiring spree n also paying that high packages? Is it sustainable?
Like they are hiring in bulk with hefty CTC.. how is this even possible for a company while others have a fixed budget for a person based on experience level. They are giving out atleast 50% more than companies like Mindtree, Accenture, Infosys etc,. So they hire less no of people for a project within their budget and those will get lot of work without WLB??

My mom watches my daughter at least once a day because she picks her up from school while I'm finishing work. My mom (and the rest of my family) are nosey and she asks my child questions and other times my daughter will tell my mom things I don't always want her to know. How do I discuss with my child that I don't want her to share things with my mom or family? I don't want to ask her to lie, but with a 6 year old I can't always choose what info I get to disclose and what gets told for me...
