Anyone here in CMBS at a bank? Is it better as a seller than as a service provider? I’m burning out heavy on turning tapes back and forth but if it’s a better lifestyle on the bank side I feel like that would be a cool exit

Having thoughts about leaving Tax for a smaller Co that specializes in SALT credits and incentives... but could this limit me down the road experience wise if I decided to leave there? I have a diverse experience now, but I don’t want to be looked at as only SALT later.

Hey, so I was offered a CDP position as an analyst in Accenture starting this fall, but today I just found out I got the Fulbright scholarship to be an ETA in Thailand for a year. Edward Jones advisor with 30 million AUM and roughly 250k gross production. Been there for almost 4 years. Got an offer at Merrill Lynch to take over a 100 million dollar retirement transition plan in 5 years, or to join a 5 person Merrill Lynch team that manages a lot.

Pros to EJ: Have my own office, a year or two away from partnership, great office setting and client satisfaction.

Pros to Merrill: Bump in compensation, additional tools and services w banking, ability to take over assets.
