Sharing my experience with Deloitte USI interview and offer negotiation. I gave Deloitte interview 2 months ago. After managerial round I did multiple follow ups and Deloitte didn’t bother to reply. I moved on and got another offer. After 1 month Deloitte came back and asked for documents and didn’t show up for another 1 month. Today HR called and asked my expectations. I’m trying to pivot to PM after >3 years in finance and I have a 2nd round interview with CPO this week. Company has 3.7 on Glassdoor with complaints about CEO, “bro-y” culture, and hard to wfh. It’s a data analytics company with 5 PMs, was bought by a PE firm this year, and has a new (female) CEO as of Oct. Role is 50/50 hybrid, pays well vs what I make, and most importantly would be a foot in the door to PM. Is this a good place to be for PM? What else do I need to find out to know for sure?

I recently got an offer where I was given almost 60% salary hike on my current CTC. I initially declined the offer but the company somehow motivated me to join them. And due to the changes in the joining date, their HR told me to submit mu resignation with my current company and and let them know my last working day so that they can accordingly share the revised offer letter. I got my resignation acceptance and LWD from the current company but they are not sharing the revised letter.

I wanted to ask how do you ask for 2x or 3x hike on your current ctc as tbh sometimes i feel that i might not get a callback from recruiter if i ask for 2x hike.
