From last 2 months I am working more then 12 hours a day and one day on weekend. Although this doesn't happens 12 months a year but after 12 hours on average is too much.

In my company there is 90 days notice period , but manager is excluding the weekends. So in reality it's around 5-6 months time. Is it like this everywhere, it's my first switch.

Its been 10 days since I had salary discussion(HR just asked me about my salary expectation... nothing more than that)
I have submitted pre hire documents as well.

Sent a mail to HR, No response from them.

Because of multiple offers in hand and messy date of joining's I able to figure out which one to join and which one to leave.

HR's not responding to my mail to prepone my date of joining.

I'm not able to enjoy notice period also, anxious + constant fear of offer rejection.
