Can someone explain the difference between FB’s Partner Solutions Manager and the Strategic Partner Manager? From an initial recruiter call, it seems the SPM provides the consultative product recs while the PSM onboards the client onto that product and tracks performance to provide actionable recs as needed. Anyone know career growth and salary for these two? I don’t want a sales heavy/only lateral growth role like their client solutions manager roles so these seem like good compromises?

How can one transition from a Visual/graphic designer in marketing to a product designer? And what’s it like being a product designer w a visual design background? 1st yr at a nyc v50 firm doing general transactional work. I know the lateral market for transactional lawyers is hot but not as hot for juniors. I just want a change of scenery because my current firm is bleeding good associates / not giving great training imo / and just seems small. Would lateralling this early feasible? Curious what the current Employee Referral Bonuses look like in B4 firms? As a smaller firm, our people are being inundated by recruiters, but also staff/seniors from B4 firms looking to poach, I assume because there is significant financial incentive. How good are the referral bonuses at your firm?

I’m married, and one of my coworkers flirts with me. Nothing super overt, but definitely not professional.
