I have accepted my sexuality and found peace with the long battle of wanting to be something not what I actually am. On one side I have a lot of pressure around me being gay and trying to get a PR and get out of India, on another side I have a lot financial issues. I gave an interview in Accenture and the manager wants me to move to Hyderabad,but I'm comfortable with the Kolkata location. I've cleared two rounds and now the Hyd manager is telling me that if I move to Hyd otherwise they will not proceed with my application any further. Can anyone suggest to me what can be done here?

Incoming junior-level consultant wants to know what is “billable hour”.
Once in a while I see discussions around billable hours, but I don’t know how that works. After googling, it appears to me that billable hour only matters to me if my salary is paid by hours. Since I will receive a fixed annual salary, does this mean that I don’t need to worry about the concept of billable hours?
A related questions: generally speaking, is the bonus related to the hours that I worked?

I got laid off from deloitte. Now i work in cre asset management. I don't love my job. I am on visa (opt stem) . I need to work on finding happiness with my work to be more productive and be happy. Currently use Nissan Altima. It’s old and has engine issues. So, can’t travel long distances (more than 2 hour drive) with my 1 year old. We are not car fanatics and definitely not looking for a fancy/expensive option. 2019 or later, $20k budget but can go higher if there is a valid suggestion, value for money option.
