Been with Deloitte for about a year as a consultant and currently interviewing for a Business Integrity role at Meta. From what I understand, the business integrity role is an internal consulting role for them. I’d like to not have billable hours anymore and more of a WLB but not sure if there any key differences between the two besides that. There is a pay increase but not really concerned about that. Any thoughts on this transition if I am offered?

I’ve been applying for entry level SDR/BDR positions within the tech industry and even sales rep positions wth pharmaceutical companies. Client recently offered me a job for an open req (industry eq SM). The work is flexible, the req is just to get me in the door but I decide what I want to work on (which I trust to be true).
