I’m a senior planner leading one brand and there’s a new strategist on the team working on a sister brand. They’ve been asking for every strategy deck I’ve made on that brand as an example to go by to inform the thinking/flow on the sister brand. Also because I mentioned it went well with client when they ask. I’m currently working with a senior level HR candidate. This individual has a doctorate in business with a focus in HR, her SPHR, Federal, and private sector experience at the singer level, and has a fabulous personality. Had an interview where they asked about salary. They asked what salary I was expecting and said that they pay 6 figure salary and I responded that I’d be happy with 6 figure salary. Would that mean they won’t offer me more than 100k?
