Anyone know if military experience prior to undergrad counts towards the 8 years of experience needed for the EA for Business school?

Hello All, I’m a project manager but seeking to pivot into UX Research. I do have some experience but don’t have a portfolio yet. Can anyone advise if I should focus on going through a bootcamp or focus on getting a Masters in HCI? Or just building a portfolio with the experience I do have? There are very few entry-level roles and many places are only hiring “Sr UXR” with 3-5+ years of experience! Any tips on how to break into this field and/or stand out as a junior applicant?? Thanks!

Need advice—torn btwn Booth and Sloan.

Already work in mgmt. consulting but looking to do either consulting or ibanking post-MBA (have only been at company for 1 year so not sponsored and may or may not return to my company).

Have $60K scholarship at Booth, nothing at Sloan. However, I already went to UChicago undergrad and live in Boston so have an established network here. However, concerned about lack of soft skills/leadership development, focus on academics, nerdy culture at Sloan.

Seeking direction in selecting the most cost effective and fastest route to become an MLS. I have a international STEM BSc (2014), 3 years of research lab experience, 1 year hospital lab experience and 2.5 years veterinary diagnostics experience. I live in Michigan and was told by two schools that my credits have to be less than five years old but I think they are trying to get me to pay more by staying in school for four years. In this field, when choosing a masters degree program is it more beneficial to get a degree in Human Resources to further my knowledge in HR (my undergraduate degree is in Economics) , an MBA, or Data Science Degree due to the fact that HR is becoming more data driven as well as get a PHR / SHRM-CP certification?

Hi Fishes, I've 2.25 Years of experience in SAP Basis, but I've lost interest in the same due to not receiving proper training, inability to practice on customer's system and shifts.
