Im loving my MBA experience but can’t help thinking about the school I had a hard time deciding between. Anyone else experience this?

I started working 2 years ago as a benefit analyst in pension outsourcing. I realized that I don’t want to stay in pension outsourcing for a long term. I am not sure how to make the transition or if my current experience will be relevant enough to secure a decent role.

Evaluating an offer from EY. I would be joining at Senior 1 level in their Workforce Advisory practice (specifically, learning team). I have 3.5 YOE in Deloitte in the same practice (offshore USI team in India).
They are offering $70k CAD. I have an MBA and live in Toronto. I feel this offer is very much on the lower end - even despite the upcoming recession etc.

How much should I realistically ask for? Tips to negotiate?

I’m in a rather peculiar situation. I have been in the HR field going on 4 years, I have over 11 years of management experience, I got my PHR last year and I recently graduated with my MBA with a concentration in HR this month. I am ready for a more challenging role. However, there doesn’t seem to be much available at my current company. However, I am going on 5 months pregnant with the expectation of being out in October. I feel like once I mentioned my pregnancy I was in a holding pattern.

What would you do? I was recently reached out to by an exec I worked for at another agency. He’s at a new agency and looking for an EA to assist him, the new president and another exec. However the agency itself is not doing well- no new biz wins, big layoffs recently, terrible reviews on Glassdoor. I like my current agency enough, however, very much don’t like the 2 execs I assist. Would you go rather work for good execs at a bad agency? Or stay at a decent agency but awful execs?

How much package do an internal employee get if he/she gets selected as an SDE via Amazon's ATLAS program? Is the package same to that of external hires? Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII. It has really disheartened me and I feel I should be earning more money

So I have my bachelors in early childhood education (non licensure) and I just got my masters in special education with a certificate in autism. I am not licensed but wondering what will a good step other then a special education assistant. I was thinking to work in the college district to be a student support service worker. Unless there are others that I haven't looked at and be able to support myself financially.
