Anyone know of recipes using Rumchata that doesn’t cause it to curdle? Doesn’t matter if I use fruit juices (obv bc of the acid) or other liquors (dark rum floater, etc.) it curdles every time.

I've been following Coforge LinkedIn page, and I have decent offer from them. In one call HR said we will be moving towards 5 days work from Office, to which I said I don't mind. Now that aside, their LinkedIn posts everyone at VP SVP levels are joining.. seems like they are growing very fast, as hiring at such high Positions happens only that time.

Question is - whenever I compare Coforge with any other people say avoid Coforge.. Why????
