I am about get offer letter from Fynd(Shopsense retail) for QA engineer. I have 1.5 years of experience and my current CTC is 6LPA, what should I ask for this role in fynd?

Is it a good idea of leaving Amazon within 7-8 months because of its work culture. I am not able to handle this pressure and tight deadlines deliverables.

Also, i don't have any offer yet.

Low billable, low pressure work in privacy law? Slowly realizing that as my boys get older, the money isn’t worth what I’m missing out on. Currently a tech litigation associate with lots of hearing, depo and trial experience (I’ve appeared on my own at hearings/depos) at a well respected firm. I’m in big law and on the cusp of making the jump to in-house. It sounds like the company I just interviewed with is getting ready to make me an offer. It’s definitely going to be a pay cut coming from big law but I do get some nice equity in the company. Is the jump worth it? I’m so burnt out by big law and this seems like an awesome opportunity to help shape a newish company. Any tips on how to figure out if this is the right move for me?

How much time it takes to complete BGC by TCS for laterals

From 15th November will TCS employee need to report to "ODC Location"? If their "base location" and "ODC Location" is different; will they get deputation benefits i.e. "air ticket, tata quarter, deputation allowance"?
