Got a random email from a supposed Amazon recruiter for a SDE position (which is not at all a fit). The email is amazon.com domain and there are no red flags in the body but it doesn't feel like an Amazon recruiter due to the tacky signature, etc. Has anyone seen this kind of cold-calling from FAANG recruiter?

No, but this post also made me realize I've never seen a Parthenon consultant on FB. Really small, or show up as EY?
I've seen them once. I think MBA Consultant was $170 or 180 with bonus. They're all about the base.
My understanding was that post acquisition EY jacked up Parthenon base salaries to stay competitive since they had to fit into the (lower) overall EY bonus structure
Once again, @D1 with the fake news. Parthenon is 170K base at the post MBA level.
SC1 above is correct. The post MBA role is Consultant, Senior Consultant / CTL is the next level up, 2 years in. Pay is the same regardless of MBA, but the only Consultants without MBAs are typically direct promotes.
1st year analysts get paid 90k base right out of college
Senior with MBA starts with 140k base

A1- Legacy Parthenon - Campus hired in 2013. Parthenon was acquired by EY in 2014 and since the quality and work is getting down 😒
