Hello Fishes,
I left capegemini on 4th of Feb and I still haven't got my relieving letter as well as experience letter. I'm trying to access my capegemini portal from webvpn.capgemini.com but I'm not able to access that either. Please suggest me what should be done, my next employer is asking for relieving letter.

Very French. Long hours largely due to cultural inefficiencies, bizarre summer vacation scheme due to labor laws. Not the best place to be truly international outside of francophone areas, French not a must but without mastery of it recommend any other office north of it
The office is super French and not diverse at all not a single black people associate or at leadership position. Strange when we see the diversity in Paris/France.
It’s a big office that’s serve a lot of different industries. It’s obviously French market centered but McK is truly global so you’ll work with people/experts from other offices too. My friends in Paris have been able to be staffed abroad quite easily (vs in my office which is quite small).
