Anyone move from Deloitte to KPMG (or visa versa)? Any strong feelings on wether it was a good move or a bad move?

I have an offer from KPMG for significantly more money (I’m pretty underpaid at D) but don’t hate the Deloitte culture or my job. Just won’t get anywhere near the comp KPMG offered to pay me. (I doubt they’ll even counter for the full amount if I tell them)

Got an offer for SE III at a large tech company. Product I'd be working on interests me and I think I could grow more than in my current role.

Currently I make 180k base and have ISO/RSUs @ startup (60k/yr worth on paper, but won't be worth anything for a few years, if at all).

The offer is:
Base: $166,500
Target Bonus: 10% ($16,650)
RSU: 120k total (30k/yr)

Thoughts on offer? Should I counter?

Additionally there's a yearly target RSU bonus about equal to the cash bonus. Thoughts? 4.5 YOE

About rolling off my project with no new project opportunity yet. I’m already getting anxious and can’t have a full night rest with the worry of not finding a project soon and eventually getting laid off. Although I tend to stress-out easily but this type of anxiety is different. Are others feeling the same way?
