Het your citizenship before moving.
I am a Canadian PR and my company processed a L1B. The process involves applying and interviewing at consulate. Not sure what exactly you are looking for. Canadian PR doesn’t make it easier to get US Visa , the ease and scrutiny depends on your nationality.
The L1B process is painful unless ur getting help from an immigration consulting firm
Did Toronto to the states on an L1 intracompany transfer visa. Surprisingly easy process for Canadian citizens and I personally strongly prefer the U.S. job market.
Totally missed the PR part or was edited in. Either way L1 transfers are available as long as you work for the employer outside of the U.S. for more than a year.
